Overview
The team at iConnect Media wanted to create an outbound marketing campaign for a segment of past customers. They wanted to contact their customer via the telephone however due to the volume needed assistance with deployment.
Our team worked with iConnect Media to develop a call script aimed at promoting the new offering without pressuring the client.
Once the strategy was agreed upon and script finalized our outbound call team contacted each customer on the list and ended the campaign with a close rate of 42% higher then what we had expected.
